Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for inspecting incoming materials to confirm they meet required specifications and quality standards. Duties include documenting nonconformances, using precision measurement tools to evaluate product quality, and collaborating with engineering and supplier teams when necessary.

• Perform mechanical, visual, and functional inspections on received components.
• Utilize a variety of measurement instruments and testing equipment to verify product quality.
• Ensure compliance with quality requirements through statistical process control methods.
• Partner with engineers and supplier management to address issues, resolve nonconformances, and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Maintain accurate inspection records and reports.
• Keep the inspection workspace organized and clean.
• Adhere to all applicable quality management system policies and procedures.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by leadership.

Qualifications:

• HS Diploma
• 1-2 yrs of receiving inspection experience perferably within Aerospace or Medical Device industries
• Background in Good Documentation Practices (GDP) preferred.
• Experience using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, pin gauges, digital multimeters, and microscopes a plus
